I personally have been a client of State Farm Insurance since the late 1980’s when I had my automobile insurance and my life insurance policy through them. They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable and they have never steered me wrong. Later in my life, after going with another auto insurance company, I decided to come back to State Farm and was referred to the Ewa Beach office because I had moved to the area and my old SF insurance agent retired. I was very happy to meet Frelynn Kahalehili and her staff in their Ewa Beach office. I was assigned to one of Frelynn’s seasoned agents, Esther Gonzales. She walked us through the process of comparison shopping of all our insurance policies and gave us detailed information and excellent quotes. She was very thorough and transparent with cost and coverage and answered all our questions and concerns. Today, Esther still keeps in touch with me and my family, checking in on us from time to time and keeping us updated on any new insurance news or changes. We are very happy with Frelynn’s office and their excellent service and look forward to continue working with State Farm.

In 2018, we bought our first vehicle and chose StateFarm Ewa Beach since it was near our home. When we bought our second vehicle in 2019 we decided to stick with StateFarm. Not even a year, our 2019 vehicle got rear ended with multiple cars involved. Frelynn was so helpful in guiding us on what we needed to do. Communication with Frelynn and her team were very prompt through either phone calls or emails. After the car accident, Statefarm was able to cover our medical visits, PT, and massage under our policy. And our vehicle was fixed without a problem. Frelynn also helped us with our home insurance policy which was significantly affordable compared to another company we had that didn’t even include hurricane. Couple weeks ago Frelynn’s office lady called me to schedule an appointment to review our insurance policies. Today, my husband and I had the appointment with Frelynn. We like this idea since we tend to forget what’s within our policies. After meeting with Frelynn, she’s still a very friendly and caring agent like how we first met her. We like how she reviewed our home and car insurance policies explaining thoroughly to help us understand what our policy covers. She also gave us a quote if we wanted to upgrade our insurance. She didn’t give us any pressure, which was a plus. Before we left, she surprised us with thoughtful StateFarm gifts for being her clients.
